General Troubleshooting Information Before Troubleshooting 1. Check applicable fuses in the appropriate fuse/relay box. 2. Check the battery for damage, state of charge, and clean and tight connections.
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the rear bumper. (Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper") 3. Remove the BSD unit (A) after loosening the mounting screws. Take care not to separate the bracket from rear bumper when removing the BSD sensor.
Inspection 1. Measure terminal - to - terminal resistance of blower resistor. 2. If measure resistance isnot within specification, the blower resistor must be replaced. Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower cover (A) and then disconnect the connector (B).
