Removal [LH] 1. Remove the Intake manifold. (Refer to Intake And Exhaust System - "Intake Manifold") 2. Remove the high pressure fuel pump.
Description Continuous Variable Valve Timing (CVVT) system advances or retards the valve timing of the intake and exhaust valve in accordance with the ECM control signal which is calculated by the engine speed and load.
Teaching Procedures 1. Key Teaching Procedure Key teaching must be done after replacing a defective PCM(ECM) or when providing additional keys to the vehicle owner. The procedure starts with an PCM(ECM) request for vehicle specific data (PIN code: 6digits) from the tester.
Inspection 1. Check the condenser fins for clogging and damage. If clogged, clean them with water, and blow them with compressed air. If bent, gently bend them using a screwdriver or pliers. 2. Check the condenser connections for leakage, and repair or replace it, if required.
