Remove the driver airbag module.
(Refer to Restraint - "Driver Airbag (DAB) Module and Clock Spring") |

Remove the steering wheel.

Remove the steering wheel cover (A) after loosening the screws.

Remove the steering wheel remote control switch connector (A).

Remove the steering wheel remote control switch (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Remove the rear seat armrest.

Disconnect the connector (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Remove the rear seat remote control switch (B) after loosenig the mounting screws and disconnecting the connector (A).

Reassemble the steering wheel remote control switch. |

Reassemble the steering wheel cover. |
| 3. |
Reassemble the steering wheel. |
| 4. |
Reassemble the steering wheel remote control switch and airbag connector.

Reassemble the driver airbag module. |

Install the rear seat remote control switch. |

Install the rear seat armrest cover. |

Install the rear seat. |

Description To sense the cars exactly in the next lane with the radar, the direction of the sensor and the direction of the vehicle have to align. This is BSD unit alignment. If this alignment is not performed as below illustration, the degradation of detection performance and the cause of false alarms.
Replacement 1. Remove the condenser, and then remove the bottom cap (B) with L wrench (A) from the condenser. Tightening torque : 9.8~14.7N.m (1.0~1.5kgf.m, 7.2~10.8 lb-ft) 2. Remove the desiccant (A) from condenser using a long nose plier.
