Park the car on level ground.
Start the engine and let it warm up. |

Turn the engine off and open the hood.
Remove the engine cover. |
| 3. |
Wait for 5 minutes after loosening the oil filter cap to drain fully the oil in the oil filter. |

Drain engine oil.

| 5. |
Replace the oil filter.

| 6. |
Fill new engine oil.
|
| 7. |
Start the engine and check to be sure no oil is leaking from the drain plug or oil filter. |
| 8. |
Recheck the engine oil level. |
| Inspection |
| 1. |
Check the engine oil quality. Check the oil deterioration,
addition of water or coolant, discoloring or thinning. If the quality is
visibly poor, replace the oil. |
| 2. |
Check the engine oil level.
After warming up the engine and then 5 minutes after the
engine stop, oil level should be between the “L” and “F” marks
in the dipstick.
If low, check for leakage and add oil up to the “F” mark.

Description Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFLS) AFLS(Adaptive Front-lighting System)is a headlamp orientation control system that takes into account both steering angle and vehicle speed to orient the headlamps to an angle that provides better nighttime visibility.
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the rear bumper cover. (Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Cover") 3. Disconnect the connector (A) from the parking assist sensor. 4. Pull out the sensor (A) by opening the sensor holder (B) out.
