Description
1.
The CMF(Closed Maintenance Free) battery is, as the name implies, totally maintenance free and has no removable battery cell caps.
2.
The CMF(Closed Maintenance Free) battery does not require water replenishment for the repair.
3.
The battery is completely sealed, except for small vent holes in the cover.

After disconnecting then reconnecting the battery negative cable, reset some parts that require the reset procedures.

    Removal 1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal. 2. Remove the engine cover. 3. Disconnect the alternator connector (A) and cable (B) from the ''B'' terminal.

    Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the floor console upper cover. (Refer to Body - "Floor Console Assembly") 3. Disconnect the console upper cover connector (A). 4. Remove the cup holder assembly (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

    Inspection 1. Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation. 2. If the blower motor voltage is not operated well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation. 3. If the problem is corrected, replace the blower motor.
