| Removal |

Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then remove battery (-) cable. |

Remove the fuel tank.
(Refer to Fuel System - "Fuel Tank") |

Disconnect the vapor hose (A). |

Remove installation bolts (B), and then remove the ORVR valve (C) from the fuel tank,

| Inspection |

Visually check if the valve and gasket seal are deformed or damaged. |
| 2. |
Check if the air is passed smoothly when blowing into the nipple of ORVR valve as below position.

| 3. |
Check if there is resistance when blowing into the nipple of ORVR valve as below position.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Description A ratchet tightening device on the threaded fuel filler cap reduces the chances of incorrect installation, which would seal the fuel filler.
Description BSD is a system that uses two magnetic wave radar sensors attached on the rear bumper to measure the distance from the following vehicles and provides the sensing and (visual and auditory) alarm of any vehicle coming into the blind spot.
Diagnosis With GDS 1. BSD system defects can be quickly diagnosed with the GDS. GDS operates actuator quickly to monitor, input/output value and self diagnosis. 2. Connect the cable of GDS to the data link connector in driver side crash pad lower panel, turn the power on GDS.
