Troubleshooting Problem Symptoms Table Use the table below to help you find the cause of the problem. The numbers indicate the priority of the like cause of the problem.
Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/ recycling/ charging station. 3. When the engine is cool, drain the engine coolant from the radiator. 4. Remove the expansion valve cover (A).
Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the heater and blower unit.(Refer to HA group – heater unit). 3. Remove the blower unit (A) from the heater unit after loosening a mounting bolt and 3 screws. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower and duct joints.
