Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |

Remove the heater and blower unit.(Refer to HA group – heater unit). |

Remove the blower unit (A) from the heater unit after loosening a mounting bolt and 3 screws.

Inspection 1. Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation. 2. If the blower motor voltage is not operated well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation.
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the rear bumper. (Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper") 3. Remove the BSD unit (A) after loosening the mounting screws. Take care not to separate the bracket from rear bumper when removing the BSD sensor.
