Description The Alternator has eight built-in diodes, each rectifying AC current to DC current. Therefore, DC current appears at alternator "B" terminal.
Circuit Diagram • COM signal - When controlling the voltage generated, the ECM sends the target voltage data to the alternator via a PWM signal.
Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/ recycling/ charging station. 3. When the engine is cool, drain the engine coolant from the radiator. 4. Remove the expansion valve cover (A).
