Description The Alternator has eight built-in diodes, each rectifying AC current to DC current. Therefore, DC current appears at alternator "B" terminal.
Circuit Diagram • COM signal - When controlling the voltage generated, the ECM sends the target voltage data to the alternator via a PWM signal.
Description The used radar frequency of BSD is two, "North America region" and "Except North America region". If it replaces BSD unit, BSD unit has to perform the procedure of variant coding. BSD Variant Coding 1. Select the "BSD Variant Coding" procedure in BSD system.
Inspection 1. Ignition "OFF” 2. Disconnect the connector of mode control actuator. 3. Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the defrost mode when connecting 12V to the terminal 3and grounding terminal 7. 4. Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the vent mode when connecting in the reverse.
