Replacement 1. Loosen the wheel nuts slightly. Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported. 2. Remove the front wheel and tire (A) from front hub.
Teaching Procedures 1. Key Teaching Procedure Key teaching must be done after replacing a defective PCM(ECM) or when providing additional keys to the vehicle owner. The procedure starts with an PCM(ECM) request for vehicle specific data (PIN code: 6digits) from the tester.
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the passenger compartment junction box cover. 3. Remove the driver side cover (A). 4. Remove the crash pad side switch assembly (A) by pushing it through side cover hole.
