Components 1. SET - switch2. RES + switch3. SCC switch4. CANCEL switch5. CRUISE switch
Inspection [Measuring Resistance] 1. Disconnect the cruise control switch connector from the control switch. 2. Measure resistance between terminals on the control switch when each function switch is ON (switch is depressed).
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the rear bumper. (Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper") 3. Remove the BSD unit (A) after loosening the mounting screws. Take care not to separate the bracket from rear bumper when removing the BSD sensor.
Instructions When Handling Refrigerant 1. R-134a liquid refrigerant is highly volatile. A drop on the skin of your hand could result in localized frostbite. When handling the refrigerant, be sure to wear gloves. 2. It is standard practice to wear goggles or glasses to protect your eyes, and gloves to protect your hands.
