Replacement
Cluster Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia lower panel (A).

2.
Remove the in-car hose (A).
3.
Disconnect the A/C & heater controller unit connectors (B) from the center fascia lower panel.

4.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad garnish [RH] (A).

5.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad center garnish (A).

6.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).
[LH]

7.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the crash pad garnish [LH] (A).

8.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the cluster fascia panel (A).

9.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the cluster assembly (A).

10.
Disconnect the connector (A).

11.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
Center Fascia Panel Replacement
[Center Fascia Lower Panel]
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia lower panel (A).

2.
Remove the in-car hose (A).
3.
Disconnect the A/C & heater controller unit connectors (B) from the center fascia lower panel.

4.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
[Center Fascia Upper Panel]
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Remove the cluster fascia panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the center fascia upper panel (A).

3.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Replace any damage clips.
Crash Pad Lower Panel Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).
[LH]

2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad lower panel (A).

3.
Disconnect the connectors (A).

4.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
AVN Head Unit Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the center fascia lower panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the AVN head unit (A).

3.
Disconnect the connectors (A) from the AVN head unit.

4.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
Heater & A/C Control Unit Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the center fascia lower panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the A/C & heater controller unit (A) from the center fascia lower panel.

3.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
LCD Monitor Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the center fascia upper panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the LCD monitor (A).

3.
Disconnect the connectors (A) from the LCD monitor.

4.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
Glove Box Housing Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).
[RH]

2.
Disconnect the stopper (B) from the glove box (A).

3.
Disconnect the air damper (A) from the glove box (B).

4.
Disconnect the pins (A) and then remove the glove box (B).

5.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad under cover [RH] (A).

6.
Disconnect the under lamp connector (A).

7.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the glove box housing (A).

8.
Disconnect the trunk lock switch connector (A) and glove box lamp connector (B).

9.
Disconnect the glove box switch connector (A).

10.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the connectorare connected in properly.
Replace any damage clips.
Steering Column Shroud Panel Replacement
[Steering Column Shroud Lower Panel]
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the crash pad lower panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the steering column shroud lower panel (A).

3.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Replace any damage clips.
[Steering Column Shroud Upper Panel]
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the cluster fascia panel.
2.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Replace any damage clips.
Crash Pad Side Cover Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).

2.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Replace any damage clips.
Main Crash Pad Assembly Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the following items:
Front pillar trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim")
Cowl side trim
(Refer to the BD group - "Interior Trim")
Floor console assembly
(Refer to the BD group - "Console")
Center fascia lower panel
Cluster fascia panel
Cluster assembly
Audio or AVN head unit
Center fascia upper panel
LCD monitor assembly
Crash pad lower panel
Glove box housing
2.
Remove the steering wheel.
(Refer to the ST group - "Steering Wheel")
3.
Remove the multifunction switch assembly.
(Refer to the BE group - "Multifunction Switch")
4.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center speaker grill (A).

5.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the center speaker (A).

6.
Disconnect the center speaker connector (A).

7.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the photo sensor (A).
8.
Disconnect the photo sensor connector (B).

9.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the cubis (A).

10.
Disconnect the cubis connector (A).

11.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crach pad center panel (A).

12.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the ignition key grommet (A).

13.
Disconnect the start/stop button connector (A).

14.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad switch assembly (A).
15.
Disconnect the crash pad switch connector (B).

16.
Loosen the mounting bolts.
17.
Disconnect the passenger''s airbag connectors (A).

18.
After loosening the mounting screw, bolts, nuts, then remove the main crash pad assembly (A).

19.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.
Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.
Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.
Enter the anti- theft code for the radio, then enter the customer`s radio station presets.
Cowl Cross Bar Assembly Replacement
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1.
Remove the cowl top cover.
(Refer to the BD group - "Cowl Top Cover")
2.
Remove the main crash pad assembly.
(Refer to the BD group - "Crash Pad")
3.
Disconnect the steering column connectors.
(Refer to the ST group - "Steering Column and Shaft")
4.
Down the steering column after loosening the mounting bolts.
(Refer to the ST group - "Steering Column and Shaft")
5.
Disconnect the blower unit connectors.
6.
Disconnect the wiring connectors.

[passenger''s]

7.
Disconnect the connectors.

8.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the airduct (A).

9.
Disconnect the airbag connectors (A) mounting clips.

10.
Disconnect the connectors (A) mounting clips.

11.
After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the cowl cross bar assembly (A).

12.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
   
Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.
Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.
Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.
